Ever since she was young, Elena has loved to move – flip, dance, run, play! Formerly a character with Cirque du Soleil’s La Nouba, Elena brings her background in improvisation, comedy and clowning, modern dance, and Pilates to her lovingly designed classes. Her primary teachers are Sri Ekan and Nirgunavathi Ananda of Lake Center Yoga -– an Anusara studio in Longwood, FL. They are always in her heart. Elena graduated from Golden Heart Yoga’s teacher training in Annapolis, MD under the direction of Lynn Mathews and Jenny Otto. Elena is a proud member of Yoga Alliance at the 200 hour level.
